9024c6b8d8 /api/user/summary: streak.activeToday and streak.lost for the app's lit / at-risk / frozen flame
activeToday: activity recorded today (Tehran date). lost: length of a streak that broke (last active day
before yesterday), so the app can show it frozen. Same rule as effective_current_streak; the weekly report
keeps its own two-field streak serializer.

39247f6d53 senior's post-demo changes: parent report in the student's own account, Jalali birth date, invoices, math-only tutor, priced quotas
- remove the family app from the root (separate parent accounts, invite codes, parental
settings); progress.0006 drops its tables, permissions and migration history, and
Profile.parent_phone, the two family notification types and ?userId= on
  /api/progress/nodes go with it
- GET /api/user/weekly-report: last 7 days next to the 7 before (estimated minutes,
questions, accuracy, islands, tutor questions) for the "parent report" page
- profile birthDate in Jalali (accounts/jalali.py), ages 5-99, birthYear derived from it
- GET /api/payment/invoices; orders now snapshot list price and plan title
- tutor answers only math: server pre-filter, scope rule in the prompt (tutor-v11),
refusal marker replaced with fixed text; self-harm gets a help line instead
- streamed answers now record token usage (it was always 0)
- daily tutor quota: AI_DAILY_QUOTA_FREE (default 3) vs Plan.ai_daily_quota
- delete_users management command for wiping test accounts across every app
- docs/ai-cost-and-guardrails.md: measured cost per question and guardrail results

96f0204fcf refill hearts like Duolingo: one every 5 hours, all of them after 24
Each heart used to take 24 hours, so a student who lost all five waited up to
five days. Now one heart returns every 5 hours, and 24 hours after the first
heart was lost they all come back at once (the owner's call). /api/user/hearts
reports both times (nextRefillAt, fullRefillAt); an existing timer longer than
5 hours is shortened the first time it is read.

37a1741e0e add gamification characters (Duolingo-style mascot catalog)
New progress.Character model: an admin-managed catalog (same pattern as
subscription.Plan) of selectable mascots, each unlocked once the user's
XP crosses unlock_xp. No separate ownership table yet — unlocking is a
pure function of UserStats.xp, kept intentionally minimal since this is
the first of an incremental rollout the senior asked for.

- GET /api/characters — catalog with per-user unlocked/selected flags
- POST /api/characters/select — picks an active character, rejecting
ones the user hasn't unlocked yet
- UserStats.selected_character_id tracks the pick
- seed_test_data now seeds 4 sample characters (owl/fox/turtle/lion)
  for local/staging testing

a275eac7fd fix heart refill and grant unlimited hearts to active subscribers
next_refill_at was set on UserHearts but never read or recalculated,
so a heart lost to zero never came back. UserHearts.apply_regen() now
catches up missed 24h intervals on read/deduct, and lose_heart() starts
the timer only when it isn't already running.

Any user with an active (non-expired) subscription now skips heart
deduction entirely, regardless of which plan they're on — good enough
for now until per-plan perks are needed.
